DÉLAI DE FABRICATION

ARCADE requires a turnaround time of 10 business days in the lab for the fabrication of an appliance. In case of an emergency (breakage, loss, modification), please contact the laboratory to discuss the possible timeframe.

TRANSPORT

Shipping is included with any order over $70. Otherwise, a $20 fee will be charged. We will be happy to coordinate with the delivery company to arrange pickup of the boxes from your clinic.

PAIEMENT

Une facture sera jointe à chaque cas lors de l’envoi à la clinique.  Un état de compte indiquant les transactions à votre dossier vous sera remis au début de chaque mois.  L’état de compte est payable le 20^e jour du mois de son émission.  Un rabais au volume est offert selon le montant total de l’état de compte, à ceux qui payent en totalité leur état de compte au 10e jour du mois.   Contactez-nous pour en savoir davantage.

In the event that fees remain unpaid after the due date, interest will accrue at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated and compounded daily from the due date. Any partial payment made by the client will first be applied to the accrued interest, then to the unpaid principal, starting with the amounts that have been outstanding the longest.

ARCADE accepts payments by cheque, VISA or MasterCard credit card, bank transfer, and via PayPal. Administrative fees will be charged for any returned cheque due to insufficient funds.
