The sagittal appliance is a removable device designed to increase the anteroposterior dimension of the mandible or the upper maxilla.

The Sagittal ARCADE is robust and aesthetically pleasing. The addition of reinforcement on the sagittal struts strengthens the acrylic in areas where breakage is common.
